Discovering her tongue

Thérèse is in this new discovery phase. It is so fun! She is a little busy body checking everything out all the time. She thinks she is a little more mobile than she is, although she is moving a lot more.

Her latest movement triumph started about some time last week. Brad was playing our typical family game of making noises at the baby so she makes noises back. Brad made an AAAHH sound and then a raspberry noise with his tongue. Much to our surprise Thérèse imitated Brad perfectly. She actually might have been more surprised than us. Since then she has been infatuated with her tongue. The initial tongue control was a small fluke, but now she really focuses on moving her tongue. Our game has changed to try to get to to copy our tongue sounds. Here is a little sample:

Happy tongue twister day!
